Inspired by Fehmida Riaz's powerful, feminist poetry, this piece embodies the theme of Identity as Resistance. It references the excerpt: "A seed planted in soil that resists, / Still, I grow, my roots defiant," symbolizing growth and defiance against societal norms. The front graphic is a stylized urban map, reflecting TALAASH Studios' Lahore heritage, featuring imagery of people protesting for their rights. This garment is a minimalist yet powerful visual critique and a wearable tribute to the quest for freedom and self-ownership.
