HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders typically take 7–10 business days to arrive.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

  • Paid orders within Pakistan are shipped the next working day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are only shipped after confirmation, which will be done through a phone call.

  • International orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

When you receive a message or call from the courier regarding your delivery, please ensure you coordinate with the rider to confirm your availability.
If you are not available during the first attempt, the courier will make a second attempt.

If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt, the order may be returned to us and you may need to reorder.

  • Review your cart to confirm product details, prices, and quantities, then click Proceed to Checkout.

  • Enter your billing and shipping information.

  • For prepaid orders or support, customers may contact us via Instagram direct message or WhatsApp Business.

  • We accept Bank Transfer for prepaid orders.

  • Customers will share the payment screenshot, after which the order will be confirmed and processed.
